MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard) audit for major national retailer
Following a long-standing partnership between Luis and Bell and Southern Coop, we were asked to undertake a full EPC evaluation and consultation process of more than 300 properties of their estate.
Not to simply provide the EPC rating of a varied portfolio but to report on areas that could be improved upon and work with their estate team to make necessary improvements to increase any low EPC rated properties.
This project was completed within 12 weeks of instruction and with the current COVID -19 restrictions in place.
Nevertheless, all sites were visited and the recommendation reports were submitted within the required timescale.
