Completion of EPC assessments on national property portfolio of a major government building and their Santander portfolio throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Having already been a preferred partner of Mapeley Estates, we began a sizeable task of carrying out the EPC assessment of their HMRC estate and Santander portfolio in 2010 and have been their preferred provider since.

Mapeley Estates have utilised our full range of services from Commercial and Domestic EPCs to Floorplans and Asbestos Reports.

In 2019-20 we were asked to review the EPC assessments for a large portfolio as far south as Plymouth and North in Aberdeen, ranging from small local offices to large regional Head Offices.

Our assessors were responsible for surveying over 1M sq-ft of office space in a period of 3 months.
